Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. graduated from the University of Delaware with a C average: the 506th student in a class of 688. When his grades weren’t C’s, they were usually D’s. He then struggled through a JD from Syracuse University where he was nearly expelled after being caught plagiarizing a paper, and finally graduated 76th out of a class of 85 students. His academic performance was so miserable that an insecure Biden would spend much of his political career lying about academic successes that were humiliatingly exposed as frauds. Biden falsely claimed that he had "graduated with three degrees from college", was "the outstanding student in the political science department", that he "went to law school on a full academic scholarship", that he was "in the top half" of his class. None of that ever happened. Robinette was a bad law student and he did not make a good lawyer, bouncing from one firm to another, working briefly as a public defender wi...

The Law Is There’s No Presidential Transition Until Congress Certifies the Election
Even though the votes are still being counted, Joe Biden declared that he is the President-Elect, a shadow government office invented by Obama and invested with a pseudo-government seal, and he has been holding fake briefings and taking phone calls with foreign leaders. The United States only has one president at a time. Maintaining a fake shadow presidency undermines the sitting administration to the American people and to foreign governments. It’s illegal and inappropriate. So the Democrats are doing it anyway. Incoming presidents, since Truman’s day, receive briefings and, since Kennedy’s day, get funding for their transition teams, but, according to the law, only once it’s clear who won. The last time this happened, the Bush transition was blocked by Democrats until December. But the media is boosting its Biden cable network coup by threatening the head of the GSA. A week after the election, the media descended on Emily Murphy, the head of the General Services Administration (GSA),...

Democrats Say AT&T, Comcast and Disney Decide Presidential Elections
The first to call the presidential election for Joe Biden was AT&T. AT&T, through its subsidiary CNN, one of the largest conglomerates in the world with a market cap of over $200 billion, billions of which come from lucrative federal contracts, was the first to claim that Biden was the winner. Beyond government contracts, AT&T has a major stake in the 5G wars and has spent a lot of money investing in the Biden campaign. AT&T employees were the tenth largest source of contributions to the Biden campaign. Biden had attended fundraisers at the homes of two AT&T lobbyists, but the ties run deeper. Steve Ricchetti, Biden's former chief of staff, and longtime confidant, chaired Biden's campaign. AT&T has been the only corporate client of the Ricchetti Consulting Group for nine years. Ricchetti has deep relationships with both AT&T and Biden. And if Biden were to take over the White House, AT&T would have its man on the inside to protect its economic ...

The Most Masked European Countries Have the Biggest Coronavirus Surges
“If we just wore these masks,” Joe Biden said, at the final presidential debate, holding up a mask like a totem, “we can save 100,000 lives.” The Democrat nominee’s plan for fighting the coronavirus was all about wearing masks. And indeed the only notable element of Biden’s plan has been a national mask mandate. But would that actually work? Would it even save one life, never mind 100,000? Few European countries have been more mask-obsessed than France. In July, France issued a national mask mandate compelling everyone to wear masks indoors in public spaces. Anyone caught not wearing a mask would face a fine of around $150. In August, Paris and a number of other regions imposed mask rules for anyone leaving the house. Forget the stereotype of the Parisian nonchalantly dangling a gauloise between two yellowing fingers. "You're not allowed to smoke on the street without a mask; you can't take it off, so you must find another way," Deputy Mayor Anne Souyris snapped. How...

The Police Defunding Foundation Behind Kamala Harris
Last month, the Akonadi Foundation was touting “occupations” of houses by the activists it backs. The “occupations” were said to “reclaim” the houses from real estate “speculators”. The hypocrisy was obvious considering that the foundation is the project of Quinn Delaney and Wayne Jordan. Jordan is a major real estate developer and Democrat donor. The lefty power couple have their own multi-million dollar places in Piedmont and Manhattan. Quite a few homeless people could be housed there if they were "occupied" and then "reclaimed". Not only do Jordan and Delaney enjoy the good life, but their son, aspiring rapper TMG Fresh, bought an $8 million mansion in Beverly Hills, while their other son bought Demi Lovato’s $8.25 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills. While Jordan is black, TMG Fresh looks like a white kid playing dress-up, giving life to the rumors that his real father was Playboy tycoon Hugh Hefner. And while the Akonadi Foundation spends a lot of time...

Democrat Anti-Semitism Turned Florida and Georgia Jews Against Them
Before the election, Brandeis University’s Steinhardt Social Research Institute marked Georgia, along with Florida, as one of the states where the Jewish vote could help decide the election. Georgia has 103,000 Jewish voters and Democrats had been counting on them to flip the state. With a Senate election and special election, two Senate seats were up for grabs, and Democrats threw money at former Al Jazeera collaborator Ossoff and activist Warnock. Jon Ossoff raised $32 million in the Senate election, outspending incumbent Senator Perdue by almost 50%, with much of the money coming from California. Over $50 million was spent on pro-Ossoff ads alone. In the Senate special election, Democrats raised over $21 million for radical activist Raphael Warnock. Warnock had signed on to a statement falsely accusing Israel of being an apartheid state, falsely describing Gaza, which is controlled by Hamas, as an “occupied” territory oppressed by Israel, and falsely claiming that “Jewish” peop...

Don't Despair, Fight
There are two types of defeatism percolating through the GOP and the ranks of conservatives. One is the familiar form of establishment defeatism. The election is over. Let's concede, and move on. And against that, the response is plain and clear. Conceding to fraud and a rigged election, listening to transparently phony calls for unity from the socialist party that has been toppling America's Founders and burning cities, while declaring that anyone who isn't one of them is a bigot, is not an option. Elections are not settled by the media. Conservatives, and all Americans, have a duty to fight for a free and fair election, and for the process that ensures that it's free and fair. It's not those who refuse to concede who are endangering free and fair elections, but those who insist that when the media calls an election, then there's nothing more to say and no further process to follow. That's an un-American attitude. The conservatives fighting to verify the ...

A Blast From the Past and a Moment of Hope
The battle for the election isn't over, but looking at some of the outright despair in conservative circles, it seemed like the right time to revisit another November a dozen years ago. The writing is cruder and briefer, but here's what I wrote on November 4, 2008. Today I unpacked my winter clothes in preparation for a long winter, and a long winter is coming if not of the thermometer, then of the soul. A man that represents not simply an opposing view but the view of those who oppose America and all it stands for, will sit in the Oval Office. Worse still he did not get there through a democratic election but through fraud, voter intimidation and every dirty trick culminating in a campaign that had little in common with conventional American politics and a great deal in common with the cults of personality cultivated by totalitarian dictators... The battle is over, the war begins. The United States government now falls into the hands of the enemies of this country and civili...

Fake Polls, Fake Votes, and a Real Coup
Can pollsters learn to code? Four years after utterly discrediting their entire profession, the same hacks and bean counters did it again. Instead of counting people, they counted political agendas. And the polls will never be the same again. “Trump Can Still Win, But The Polls Would Have To Be Off By Way More Than In 2016,” Nate Silver headlined a widely shared article at the tail end of last month. Spoiler alert: they were. The polls were not measuring the nation, but the agenda of the media and the questioners. Once again the media set out to create the perception of an inevitable Democrat, inventing their leads, boosting their popularity, mixing up the statistical secret sauce, and spicing it with lies. The same plan and the same lies that hadn’t worked for them in 2016 was unleashed again. Meanwhile, a 97-mile car rally for President Trump raced across Arizona. Tens of thousands gathered to cheer his determination in Pennsylvania with a sound like thunder. These Americans, by the ...

The Underdog Election
Every Republican running for public office in areas run by Democrat political machines knows that he has to beat the voter fraud margin. The voter fraud margin is the amount of votes that Democrats add or can add to the total to rig the election. One of the unprecedented things about this election, in the year from hell, is that the amount of mail-in ballots, of ballot harvesting, made the voter fraud margin so much bigger. Democrats had set the ground by seizing control of key states and key positions in them in preparation for the election. And even where they didn't, their machines got busy. This was always going to happen. It happens every election, but the scale of it is different. As are the stakes. I don't have to state the obvious about all the Biden votes that "magically" showed up, about why vote counting was suddenly suspended, or why totals suddenly stopped being updated for no apparent reason. These are symptoms of voter fraud. It's a "Hacks at W...

Biden’s Biggest Fundraisers are Tied to Islamic Terror
Joe Biden had spent the entire election hiding the names of his bundlers, the big money fundraisers who fueled his campaign, until releasing them right before Election Day. What did he have to hide? The list of bundlers who managed to raise at least $100,000 for Biden includes some of the usual Democrat politicians and big party donors, along with some other names. Like that of Jamal Abdi. Abdi is the executive director of NIAC Action and the former policy director of the National Iranian American Council, often referred to as the Iran Lobby. NIAC Action is the lobbying arm of NIAC and despite claiming to represent the Persian diaspora in America, Iranian-Americans have accused it of echoing the talking points of Iran’s regime. Members of the democratic opposition to the Islamist regime have even helped spread the #niaclobbies4mullahs hashtag across Twitter which was tweeted as much as 300,000 times. “The NIAC pretends to support the interests of Iranians who reside in the US but, in p...

An Election Between Love and Hate
Why are President Trump’s rallies packed while Biden’s rallies are deserted? Where were all the Democrats who joined in the Black Lives Matter riots, who packed the streets of D.C. for the Women’s March, who are wailing in front of the Supreme Court and burning down Portland? The Democrats aren’t campaigning for Joe Biden, but against Donald J. Trump. The Biden-Harris ticket is a placeholder, two candidates picked by Wall Street and Hollywood, by corporate donors looking for the best angle, bringing together a friend of segregationists and the woman who accused him of racism, and then negotiated with the party’s socialist wing to split the difference between the prospective administration’s crony capitalism and socialism. Nobody’s going to a rally for that. The 2020 election can be boiled down to love against hate. It pits MAGA against the 1619 Project, those who love this country against those who want to destroy it. At Republican rallies, American flags are waved, at Democrat riots f...
