Jimmy Carter's federal creation of an " education" apparatus only being the slabstone that capped any efforts to teach and learn, in favour of getting the payroll vote of amoral pygmies that were fit only to serve the state. We see now the deviants that we've let groom and lather up our kids, so they grow to be as dissolute and worthless as their " teachers".
Home Education alone, and cutting higher education. Off from state funding are now the only routes forward, I fear.
AislaPSnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11368628.post-44441852950285742842022-11-03T13:08:39.846-04:002022-11-03T13:08:39.846-04:00K-12 teachers have been lefty mediocrities all
th...K-12 teachers have been lefty mediocrities all
through my long life. Teachers' mills have
drawn the dregs of high school grads for a four
year beer bust, lightly seasoned by "pedagogy"
and a career-lasting lesson plan. Then, a 40
year sinecure of summer vacations, sabbaticals,
health care, and retirement.

How can we not attract the lowest scum and how
could they be anything but Democrat Union Members?
Profession? Pedagogy? The best teachers I ever
had were working in the job they taught and
exemplified that real Profession. More basic 3R
material is doable by home school parents, with a
little guidance.

Our government schools have been the worst of all
alternatives for a long time. This most important
enterprise should be merit based and private if we
are to Make America Great Again.

ThomasAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11368628.post-12704907657862594772022-11-03T11:25:40.496-04:002022-11-03T11:25:40.496-04:00We're in an era when child molesters are becom...We're in an era when child molesters are becoming simply 'minor-attracted' adults and the stigma is being erased, and teachers are expected to sexualize the youngest of our children before they get to 3rd grade. What teacher couldn't resist a 'show and tell' demonstration with their pupils. Education unions simply provide protection for life to people who would be tossed out on the sidewalk had they worked in the private sector. (Sigh) Unions remain the money-laundering department of the DNC.
ed
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11368628.post-44883219404592766532022-11-03T11:09:03.851-04:002022-11-03T11:09:03.851-04:00Oh, and with all these super-low GPAs, I don't...Oh, and with all these super-low GPAs, I don't understand how all these schools' sports rosters remain filled. There are some states which will allow one to opt out of actually being a union member but will still deduct an amount from your pay and call it a "representation fee." That goes to the union too. So regardless of political affiliation, the great majority of teachers are funding liberal policies and the Democratic Party whether they want to or not.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
