He likes to manipulate people, and congress is full of politicians with pre-determined attitudes toward him.

maccabee, thank you. And although of course, your writing style is all your own, I feel certain that you did not review your work without noting how seamlessly it could have been included as an 'afterword' to Orwell's 1864!
I, for one, could only avoid the television whenever I knew that the pretender would be appearing; the ghoulish, grinning death mask which he wears in place of a human face, is so unnerving that it truly does remind me of that utterly demonic, sociopathic countenance ( and the underlying venomous solipsism ) displayed by The Joker.
Anyway - keep up the outstanding work!jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12850395662800864408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11368628.post-67831039936890348252011-01-26T08:59:50.953-05:002011-01-26T08:59:50.953-05:00"As the snow fell, he climbed up a wounded co..."As the snow fell, he climbed up a wounded congresswoman in the polls." Wow, Daniel! An incredibly strong, chilling picture of reality. But, the left's sick anticipation of an American tragedy to elevate their Obama, and the overblown cheers and pomp of his Tucson speech, only served to diminish the much hyped SOTU. This man who revels in the cheers of adulation, and wilts in front of unresponsive crowds, fell flat last night. His jokes were awkward and disconnected, and the "date night" atmosphere kept his cheerleaders subdued. I believe in Devine intervention, and I believe we continue to see God protecting this great nation and her people, as we witness Obama continuously take a few steps forward only to be pushed 5 steps back. Thank you, Daniel for putting the show in perspective.Allennoreply@blogger.com
